What are Adrenaline Points?

Adrenaline Points are shown in the smaller red bar that you can find below the stamina bar on the upper right side of the screen. This bar will gradually fill up everytime you land your sword attacks and can be accumulated faster if attacks are consistently landed.

Effects of Adrenaline Points

As you fill up the Adrenaline Points Bar, your attacks will also gradually increase its damage if you are using your sword. This effect may change if you equip a skill that changes how your Adrenaline Points works.

Adrenaline Point Skills

Adrenaline Points - New.jpg
All of the skills inside the Combat branch increases your adrenaline point gain by 1-5% depending on the level. This is a great way to stack bonuses and easily fill up the bar for bonus damage.

Skill Branch / Effect
Resolve 1/5Resolve Branch: Combat
Adrenaline Point loss is reduced when taking damage depending on the level.
Undying 1/5Undying Branch: Combat
Consumes 1 Adrenaline Point upon reaching 0 vitality to instantly revive you back to life.
Razor Focus 1/5Razor Focus Branch: Combat
Instantly gain Adrenaline Point when entering combat. Also increases Adrenaline Points generated by sword attacks.
Flood of Anger 1/5Flood of Anger Branch: Combat
Consume 3 Adrenaline Points to upgrade the sign to the highest level with increased intensity.

There are multiple skills available that can make your Adrenaline Points more effective for different builds.

Skill Branch / Effect
FocusFocus Branch: General
Adrenaline Points also increase Signs damage.
Battle FrenzyBattle Frenzy Branch: General
Adrenaline Points now increases your critical hit chance instead of damage.
Adrenaline BurstAdrenaline Burst Branch: General
Adrenaline Points can now be gained when using Signs to deal damage.
Rage ManagementRage Management Branch: General
Signs can now be casted using Adrenaline Points.

I did not know what that bar below stamina throughout my first playthrough. And ignored everything about it. I'm not really sure how i missed it.
