As this skill has quite a few uses and can be used in several builds, we recommend building this skill. This skill will usually always come in handy, though there may be instances where you should prioritize another skill instead. If you have extra points and do not know where to invest them, this skill is a good option.
This value of this skill can be seen whether your build relies on having a lot of Adrenaline Points in stock. This skill is very useful in almost all combat and sign builds since they both use Adrenaline to increase their damage and intensity.
Conclusion
You should immediately invest in this skill if your build involves having any Adrenaline bonuses. The effect to ignore Adrenaline Point loss when taking hits is very useful especially during long fights and in keeping your Adrenaline Points high.
