The only way to Reset or Respec your Ability Points is if you use an item called Potion of Clearance which can be extremely rare and hard to find. In the whole game there are only 4 vendors who can sell you this item and each costs 1,000 coins.
|Seller: Keira Metz||Region: Novigrad|
|After finishing the quest called Hunting a Witch, you will be able to purchase Potion of Clearance from Keira Metz inside his hut, north east of Midcopse.|
|Seller: Novigrad Merchant||Region: Novigrad|
|You can find another merchant in novigrad selling 1 Potion of Clearance just south east of St. Gregory's Bridge.|
|Seller: Yolar||Region: Skelliger Isles|
|You can also purchase Potion of Clearance from Yolar in Skellige Isles near Gedyneith. You can find him inside a small cave with a Shopkeeper icon, west of Gedyneith.|
|Seller: Gremist||Region: Skelliger Isles|
|You can find Gremist outside of his house sitting on a chair in Skellige Isles, north of Gedyneith. Once you open his shop, you will find that he is selling multiple Potion of Clearance in his inventory. However, the only way to make him open his shop for you is that you must first finish the Quest called Practicum in Advanced Alchemy.|
