Once you have the Yellowed Calendar, go to the northeast side of Shimizu Residence II. Look for the sliding door and place the calendar on its right side. This gives you access to the Shimizu Residence III area!

Head to the southwest side of Shimizu Residence II, and enter through the sliding door at the end of the hallway. Wait for the cutscene to end, and the Yellowed Calendar should be resting on the center table.
