The Fox Crest is one of the three crests needed to solve the Mural Puzzle in the Dark Shrine Treasure Hall in Chapter 11. The other two are the White and Black Sparrow Crests!

Be sure to read the journal entries around the area, as they give clues on how to solve the Mural Puzzle and where to place the crests.

Check Icon Get the Clue from Fox Statue
Check Icon Head to the End of the Room
Check Icon Defeat the Monsters
Check Icon Open the Chest

Get the Clue from Fox Statue

Fox Mask 1

Once you're in the Mural Room of the Dark Shrine Treasure Hall, head to the right door. This should lead back to the room filled with Fox Statues.

Head to the left side of the room, and one of the foxes near the altar should have an Orante Scroll, specifically on its right thigh or leg.

Head to the End of the Room

Fox Mask 2

Getting the Ornate Scroll off the Fox Statue will cause it to turn to the room you need to go to. This leads you to a room that suddenly shifts to give a vibe similar to the rush segments Hinako encountered back in the Dark Shrine.

Head to the end of the room, where you'll find a chest resting at an altar.

Defeat the Monsters

Fox Mask 3

Unfortunately, you have to defeat the Birthing Monster and a few Blade Legs first before you can collect the crest.

Open the Chest

Fox Mask 4

Once all enemies are defeated, head back to the altar. The talisman should be gone, and you can now get the Fox Crest!
