While progressing Chapter 1 go to a specific house located in the center of Ebisugaoka and head to the back room of its second floor. Look for a wooden door and unlock it using the Bloody Key!

Head to a house located south and center of Ebisugaoka during Chapter 1. Go to the second floor and enter the room in front of the stairs. Left of the room's doorway is a bloody mask where you can find the Bloody Key sticking into it. Be careful as an enemy will spawn as soon as you grab it.
