There has been no announcement for any DLC for Luigi's Mansion 2 HD, and it is unlikely that there will be DLC announced. As an HD remaster of a 3DS game, any new features they may want to add will probably be added immediately into the game instead of through a DLC.

No DLC for the Original Dark Moon

Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon for the 3DS did not have any DLC, so it's possible that the developers may feel like the game doesn't need anything added to it.

All of the recent remakes in the Mario franchise such as Super Mario RPG and Paper Mario TTYD also did not receive any DLC.
