Dark Moon Quest Walkthrough: All Mansions and Stages
Professor E. Gadd is a ghost researcher and inventor who can build various gadgets.
At the beginning of the game, the professor was doing research with friendly ghosts, but they suddenly ran rampant after King Boo destroyed the Dark Moon. He then asks Luigi for help in collecting all Dark Moon shards to turn the Evershade Valley back to normal.
Professor E. Gadd has a couple of Toads help him in his research, but after the Dark Moon was destroyed, they were trapped behind paintings.
During his adventure, Luigi can use his Dark-Light Device to free the Toads from the paintings. They will then help both Luigi and the professor.
King Boo is the main antagonist and the final boss of Luigi's Mansion 2.
At the beginning of the game, King Boo destroyed the Dark Moon, which caused all the ghosts in Evershade Valley to grow rowdy.
Luigi will face the menacing Boo inside King Boo's Illusion, a dimension where the big baddie resides.
How to Beat King Boo's Illusion
Mario, Luigi's brother, is a secret character who appears in the game but is not a playable character.
