Luigi cannot normally jump in Luigi's Mansion 2 HD (Dark Moon). However, Luigi can jump between narrow beams or tightropes. Check out where and how to jump in the game.
List of Contents
For this game, it is not possible for Luigi to jump as all of his controls relate to the Poltergust 5000. Luigi may occasionally jump out of fear, but this isn't a controllable action.
If you press B while pulling an object or vacuuming a ghost, Luigi will be able to jump. However, this is more of a dodge action that allows Luigi to avoid ghost attacks while vacuuming. It does not allow him to jump over any obstacles.
It is possible for Luigi to jump between narrow beams in certain segments of the game. This is the only way Luigi can intentionally jump in-game.
If you tilt the right control stick towards a parallel beam while in the tightrope mode, Luigi should automatically jump.
