The Nintendo Switch remake of Luigi's Mansion 2 HD was first revealed during the June 21, 2023 Nintendo Direct.

The trailer shows Luigi obtaining the iconic Poltergust, snippets of the gameplay and the locations, and all the spooky ghosts have all been visually enhanced compared to the orginal version of the game.

Luigi's Mansion 2 was first released way back in 2013 for the Nintendo 3DS. At the time, the game also had a different title in the US, which was Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon.

Luigi's Mansion 2 is the sequel to Luigi's Mansion. Both games have similar gameplay, but Luigi's Mansion 2 has more of everything, like more collectibles, more locations, and more ghosts!

Now, ten years later, Luigi's Mansion 2 is being remastered for new audiences on the Nintendo Switch. Although the remake isn't expected to change much from the original game, the quality of the gameplay has been improved.
