Get inside the Temple of Ceres Bureau, located in the southwest part of Glowecestrescire, to get this Tungsten Ingot. Once inside, go right through the crack on the wall, follow the path, and head down. You will see the chest containing the ingot behind a wall. Destroy it to get to the chest and obtain the ingot.
