You can find the World Event in Ledecestrescire, west of Ledecestre and northwest of Ravensthorpe.

1 ACV - The Twit Saga Part 1 Approach the Two Brothers.pngEnlarge Approach the Two Brothers Approach the two Norse Brothers, who are arguing on the side of the road near a house.
Listen to them, and they'll complain that they don't know how to set the house on fire.
2 ACV - The Twit Saga Part 1 Set the House on Fire.pngEnlarge Set the House on Fire Set the house on fire by throwing a torch on its roof.
Sucessfully setting the house on fire causes the two brothers to call out to Eivor.
3 ACV - The Twit Saga Part 1 Speak to the Two Brothers.pngEnlarge Speak to the Two Brothers Speak to the two brothers, who introduce themselves as sons of the legendary Ragnar Lothbrok.
Dismissing Eivor's questions, the two brothers urge the Wolf-Kissed to follow them and learn how to be a raider.
4 ACV - The Twit Saga Part 1 Find a Way Inside the House.pngEnlarge Find a Way Inside the House After failing to open the main door, one of the brothers panics and urges Eivor to help them retrieve their Mother's axe inside the no burning house.
Make your way to the back of the house and pull the blockage to the side to get inside the house.

First, look for the axe on the table.

7 ACV - The Twit Saga Part 1  Axe Bags.pngEnlarge Look for the Axe inside the Bags Finally, check for the axe inside the bags to find the missing key to the house.
8 ACV - The Twit Saga Part 1 Exit the Burning House.pngEnlarge Exit the Burning House After receiving the missing house key, the brothers call out to Eivor saying they had the axe all along.
Exit the burning house, using the key to open the main door, and speak with the brothers to complete the World Event.
