In the northernmost part of the map, go to Housesteads. Find the building with the breakable stone wall, and dive into the pond across it. Dive under and find the opening into the house next to the pond, and find the oil jar there. Move the object out of the window and climb through it with the oil jar, then use it to blow up the stone wall.
