1 Tilting The Balance - Regroup in Tamworth.pngEnlarge Regroup in Tamworth Regroup with Sigurd and the brothers at Tamwroth Fortress.
2 Tilting The Balance - Confront Lady Aethelswith.pngEnlarge Confront Lady Aethelswith Sigurd and the brothers are located just outside a pigsty with Lady Aethelswith inside along with her servants.
Enter the pigsty and convince Lady Aethelswith to reveal King Burgred's hideout.
TIP: Dialogue options during the cutscene will always end in the same result.
3 Tilting The Balance - Find and explore King BurgredEnlarge Find and explore King Burgred's hideout It is revealed that King Burgred is hiding inside the Offchurch, a crypt in southern Ledecestrescire.
You can fight or sneak your way into the Offchurch to find King Burgred.

4 Tilting The Balance - Kidnap King Burgred and regroup with the brothers.pngEnlarge Kidnap King Burgred and regroup with the brothers Enter King Burgred's room to trigger a cutscene.
The cutscene culminates in a fight against King Burgred.
Tie him up and take him to the Venonis bridge where Sigurd and the brothers are waiting for you.
TIPS:
Escape the crypt by unbarring the door just outside King Burgred's room.
You can stow King Burgred on a horse.
5 Tilting The Balance - Bring King Burgred to Tamworth.pngEnlarge Take King Burgred to Tamworth Ride with the others to Tamworth Fortress.
King Burgred's soldiers will attempt to stop you along the way.
The quest ends once you arrive inside Tamworth Fortress.
WARNING: Be mindful of arrows flying your way as they can easily knock you off your horse.

Stealth Guide: Sneaking into the Offchurch

IMPORTANT:
This method requires the Advanced Assassination Skill to pull off correctly.
Tilting The Balance - Stealth route part 1.pngEnlarge Start at the western riverbank and make your way to the south of the Offchurch.
Always be mindful of soldiers around the area.
Tilting The Balance - Stealth route part 2.pngEnlarge Climb the scaffolding at the back of the Offchurch and make position yourself above the entrance of the crypt.
Tilting The Balance - Stealth route part 3.pngEnlarge A Skirmisher and a regular guard are stationed in front of the crypt's entrance.
Wait for the regular guard to go on patrol.
Initiate an advanced assassination on the Skirmisher once he is alone.
Quickly bring the body down with you into the crypt to avoid alerting the entire area.
Tilting The Balance - Stealth route part 4.pngEnlarge Descend further into the crypt. You can drop the body after the first flight of stairs.
A guard is stationed inside the room after the second set of stairs. Deal with him and move on.

Deal with him and move on to the next room.
WARNING:
Be mindful of the oil jar near the breakable wall where the guard tends to be.
Assassinating him close to it may cause the oil jar to explode.
Tilting The Balance - Stealth route part 7.pngEnlarge King Burgred's room is guarded by a Skirmisher.
Slowly creep towards the middle pillar and whistle to lure the skirmisher closer.
Perform an advanced assassination once he is within range.
