Advanced Tips on the Dragonproof Mantle

Also Increases Dragon Elemental Damage

A common thought for elemental mantles is they protect the hunter from the mantle's element. While this is mostly true, the Dragonproof Mantle also has the ability to increase your dragon elemental damage. This makes it a great weapon to use for hunting enemies that are weak to dragon (but make sure to equip Dragon elemental weapons!). Furthermore, weapons that abuse elemental damage like the Dual Blades and Sword and Shield can push this mantle's ability to the fullest.

Comes with a Level 1 Decoration Slot

Upon Upgrading the Dragonproof Mantle, you can gain a lvl 2 and lvl 1 deco slot. While the Level 2 Deco slot can be flexible and be used for many situations, the level 1 deco slot can be slotted with a dragon attack decoration while equipping a level 5 dragon cham to push your dragon elemental damage to the roof!
