It should be noted that this quest is singleplayer only, unlike the next Witcher 3 collaboration quest.
Side Quests Information
There are also side quests available in this quest: The Chief Issue and Pukei-Pukei in Peril.
In order to succeed on The Chief Issue side quest, you should make sure that you have all the Palico gadgets.
For the Pukei-Pukei in Peril, you will have to help the entangled Pukei-Pukei and keep it alive during the Leshen fight.
Monster Information
As Geralt, you will be fighting the Leshen, a monster from The Witcher universe. It will be quite difficult to fight, especially for those that are not normally Sword and Shield users, but with Geralt's Igni, Quen, and Silver Sword, you should be able to do it.

Rewards
Geralt α Full Armor Set
When you complete the quest, you can get the full armor set, Geralt α. Now you can go around Gathering Hubs as the Butcher of Blaviken.
Witcher's Silver Sword Sword and Shield
You will be also able to craft the unique Sword and Shield, Witcher's Silver Sword, at the Smithy.
Cursed Staff α and Nekker α Palico Gear
Yes, that Nekker in the picture is indeed a Palico. You can make your Palico look exactly like that by crafting the Cursed Staff α weapon and the Nekker α armor at the Smithy.
Guild Card
Upon completion of all the quests, you will also get the Wild Hunt
title for your guild card. If not, you will still get other content for your guild card, such as six other titles, one background, and one pose.
