Finish all 34 missions in the Dark Moon Quest Mode. This involves going through all five mansions and defeating King Boo. Finishing all missions should reward you with one E. Gadd medal.

You must do well on each mission and earn 3 stars for all of them in order to get another E. Gadd medal.
Ranking System Explained: How to Get 3-Stars
The third and last E. Gadd Medal can be earned by collecting all collectibles in the vault. This may be quite difficult because you will have to capture all ghosts in single-player and multiplayer ScareScraper mode.
