To begin this sidequest, speak with Dino at Galdin Quay pier.
To find the Emerald Stone open your map and choose the quest A Treasure Beyond Measure. Then, you will see the location of the sidequest marked on the map. The location is in Costlemark Tower, visit the area at night and follow what's on your mini-map. Take note that monsters are protecting the area, defeat the enemies first before looking for the stone. Then, go down to the shattered floor, and you'll find the stone on the ground.
Go back to Dino at Galdin Quay to hand over the Emerald Stone to complete this sidequest.
