2 Find the Fragments
The fragments glow at night, making it easier to find them when it's dark out. Take a picture of each of the fragments with your Camera.

First fragment - East of the monument

The first fragment can be found east of the monument, past the palm trees.

Second fragment - West of Palmorae Beach

Overworld View Map View

The second fragment can be found west of Palmorae Beach, in the middle of some rocks.

Third fragment - At the end of Soka Point

The third fragment can be found at the end of Soka Point, behind the palm tree.

Show the pictures to Garini and let him decipher the message on the monument, which turns out to be:

"When the two find their place and kneel in reverence, the shrine will reveal itself."

Kneel on the Platform
Go to either of the glowing platforms and crouch. Garini will do the same on the other platform, revealing Kah Yah Shrine and completing the quest.

Quest Start Garini wants to know what the fragmented stone monument said when it was whole.

He's asked you to note down with whatever tools you have what each scattered fragment of the monument looks like.
1st Update You took pictures of the scattered fragments of the stone monument and showed them to Garini.

Once assembled, you discovered that the writing on the monument read as follows:

"When the two find their place and kneel in reverence, the shrine will reveal itself."
Quest Clear You knelt on one platform as Garini took his place on the other, causing an ancient shrine to appear!
Garini seemed satisfied as he gazed upon the new discovery.
