 Find Kass Find Kass south of Washa's Bluff. Climb the tallest mushroom pillar to find him. You can fast travel to Mogg Latan Shrine, a nearby shrine. |

 Wait for the Blood Moon Play the game for at least two to three hours (real world time) to trigger the Blood Moon. Defeating enemies increases the likelihood of triggering the Blood Moon. To find out if a Blood Moon appears at night, ask Hino at the Dueling Peaks Stable. A Blood Moon will appear if he tells you that something will happen tonight. |

 Stand on the Pedestal Remove all your weapons and armor and stand on the pedestal on a Blood Moon. The pedestal will turn blue and a shrine will emerge from the ground, completing the quest. |
