 Talk to Nobiro During the day, Nobiro can be found on a small outpost west of Kara Kara Bazaar. Talk to him to start the quest. |

 Wait Until Night The sandstorm only subsides when the night falls, so sit by a campfire and wait until night. |
 Map Location Head over to the north of the Great Cliffs. Here, you find that the treasure Nobiro mentioned turned out to be a shrine. |

 Activate the Shrine Activate the Shrine to complete the quest. |
