Look for Magda on an island named Floret Sandbar. You can find the island west of Eagus Bridge.

Head West from the Entrance
From the entrance, head to the west, circling the shrine in the process. Defeat the Chuchus that appear halfway on the maze.
BotW - Climb the tree and Paraglide
Optional: Climb the Nearby Tree and Paraglide
You can also climb up the tree next to Magda and paraglide towards the entrance of the shrine.
