If you try to enter the Yiga Clan Hideout without starting the Divine Beast Vah Naboris quest, the entrance will be blocked by a large rock. Make sure to talk to Riju at Gerudo Town to start the quest.
In addition to Riju, you will also need to talk to Captain Tekae and her soldiers at the barracks. They will give you more information on the hideout which will update the quest's Adventure Log.
