Destroy Ganon Walkthrough and Guide
Each of the Divine Beast that you have freed will attack Calamity Ganon and reduce its health. We recommend defeating the other Ganon incarnates before this fight as doing so will reduce Calamity Ganon's health to about 50%, effectively making the fight easier.

During this fight, the Master Sword will have 60 attack power, increasing its DPS and making it perfect for this battle. Equipping the Master Sword makes this battle significantly easier, so be sure and obtain it before entering Hyrule Castle.
This is the final battle of the game (outside of the DLC Quests), so you'll need to make sure you have plenty of equipment to keep you from dying, such as fairies and food/elixirs with special effects. If you want to increase your damage output, going for a mighty item will up your attack power, while a tough item will allow you to raise your defense.

Additionally, since this is the last battle, you'll want to upgrade your armor to withstand more damage! the Ancient Set offers 84 defense when fully leveled up on top of ancient proficiency, so you can't go wrong with this one. Another solid choice is the Barbarian Set, which has 60 defense and increases your max attack.
Most of his attacks during this phase are familiar to you if you have fought all the other Ganons and any type of Guardian. Just focus on dodging and parrying until you find an opening for attacks.

Getting too close to Calamity Ganon might make him prepare for a "stomp", which releases energy around him on impact and deal damage. He will always perform this attack whenever he gets back down from the wall. |
One of the easiest ways to make Calamity Ganon vulnerable is to deflect his Guardian Beams with a perfect parry. This will stagger him for a short period where you should maximize your attacks.
Perfect dodging his melee attacks will also give you an opportunity for a Flurry Rush. You can easily perform this when he uses his vertical Axe Slash.
When Calamity Ganon's health drops to critical level, he will conjure a shield that nullifies most attacks but will continue using the same attacks from the previous phase.
If you have Urbosa's Fury off cooldown, this is the perfect time to use it as it can penetrate Calamity Ganon's shield. Electrocute him then slash away!
Wait until he charges a beam then deflect it back to him to penetrate his shield before attacking him with all you got.
Defeating Calamity Ganon will revert him back to his pure, true form, Dark Beast Ganon.
