After The Survivor quest, you can head to Elder's Recess to hunt a Savage Deviljho as Aloy.

Rewards
Banuk α+ Armor
With the materials you gain from completing this quest, you can craft the separate pieces of the Banuk α+ armor. You can mix and match these with your other armor pieces!
Focus Pendant Variants
You can also craft other versions of the Focus pendant from the Into the Frozen Wilds quest.
Upgrade to MHW x Horizon Zero Dawn Collaboration Gear
You will also get Daemon Tickets, which you can use to upgrade the gear from the previous Horizon Zero Dawn collaboration. Namely, you upgrade your Palico's gear to Felyne Watcher Grinder α+ weapon and Watcher α+ full armor set, and the bow to Aloy's Adept War Bow.
