Monster Information
In this quest, you will have to fight Velkhana in the Seliana Supply Cache. The Supply Cache is home to some cannons and the Roaming Ballista so you can slot in a Ghillie Mantle + Heavy Artillery Skill here to maximize the machine's damage.
