You can get Gratitude Tickets just by logging in every day during the Grand Appreciation Fest! Note that you have to have Iceborne if you want to get these Tickets.
Grand Appreciation Fest
You can also get Gratitude Tickets through completing Limited Bounties. These change every day during a Fest, so keep an eye out for them!
Bounties
With your Gratitude Tickets, you can craft the Astral Alpha+ armor set and look like a celestial god. If you don't want to compromise your stats, you can also craft a layered version of this armor set, but it can only be crafted with VIP Gratitude Tickets.
Do you want your cat to look like an alien or a disco star? Whatever you pick, you can craft both the Space Set and the Star Set with your Gratitude Tickets!

You can also convert any leftover Gratitude Tickets into Silver Melding Tickets at the Elder Melder, which you can then convert into Decorations through Guild Alchemy!
