Description
An enormous ghost with the uncanny ability to produce other ghosts! I've never seen anything like it! I'd recommend ghost hunters deal with him in a group, just to be safe.

How to Beat Creeper Launcher

Deal with the Other Ghosts First

The Creeper Launcher is accompanied by other ghosts. Luigi has to deal with them first, so he can focus his attention on capturing the Creeper Launcher.

Keep Using the Poltergust on It

Much like the Gobber, the Creeper Launcher has a lot of HP but does not move much during battles. To deal with it, Luigi just has to keep using the Poltergust on it until it gets captured.

Moreover, while getting vacuumed, the Creeper Launcher will jump into the air, then slam the ground, creating a shockwave that interrupts Luigi for a short time. This does not do any damage but can't be avoided. Luigi just has to continue using the Poltergust on it even when interrupted.

Watch Out for Goo Projectiles

The Creeper Launcher will constantly spit out yellow goo at Luigi while it's engaged in battle. Luigi needs to dodge the projectiles while he's attempting to capture it with the Poltergust.

Keep a Safe Distance

When Luigi gets too close to the Creeper Launcher, it will attack him with its body. Luigi should keep his distance from the Creeper Launcher to avoid triggering its body attack.

Deal with the Creepers First When They Spawn

The Creeper Launcher will also spit out purple goo that turns into small Creepers. When a Creeper spawns, it's best for Luigi to deal with them first before focusing its attention back to the Creeper Launcher. Doing so allows Luigi to vacuum the Creeper Launcher with minimal interruptions.

To deal with these small Creepers, Luigi just has to flash them with the Strobulb, then vacuum them with the Poltergust.
