How to Beat Poltergeist

Poltergeists Love to Stay Hidden

Poltergeists prefer to stay hidden and move around throwing items at Luigi. Make sure to Strobe them when they're not holding anything as they will use it to shield themselves.

Poltergeists Will Use Their Held Item as a Shield

If you flash them with your Strobulb while holding an item, they will use the item as a shield to protect them from getting stunned.

Use Your Dark-Light To Reveal Them

Poltergeists can be revealed by using your Dark-Light. They will usually throw items at Luigi so take note where its coming from.

They Will Throw Items at You While Being Sucked Up

In the middle of being captured, Poltergeists will use their telekinetic energy to throw nearby items at Luigi. Make sure to time your jumps so you can avoid getting hurt.
