Approach the blonde girl, Marian, at the Art Walls.
2 Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth - Substory 35
Choose the option "I'll stay with you."
3 Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth - Substory 35
Choose from one of the three options
・You need company - Passion +30
・You're a cute little kitty... - Style +30
・I barely know you - Charisma +30
4 Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth - Substory 35
Adjust the meter level to change Ichiban's level of self-control. The story will progress no matter what option you choose.
5 Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth - Substory 35
Choose either "One last drink?" or "I'm at my limit" and lose $1000.
6 Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth - Substory 35
Ride a taxi to S. Pearl Ave. and a cutscene will begin.

Afterward, talk to the Marian in the alley.

Defeat the Menacing Men.

Defeat the Lowlife and clear the Substory.

Substory Rewards

Receive Platinum Plate and Fancy Free Magazines

By completing the substory, you will be rewarded with a Platinum plate and 5 Fancy Free Magazines. The former can be sold at a pawn shop for money while the latter can be used to increase Job EXP.
