 After starting the Substory, follow the Substory marker to the west. |

 Talk to the old man on the bench and you'll be presented with three options. The third option Ask the spirits for a storm! is the correct answer. You can choose the other options to witness the results, but you'll eventually be forced to pick the third option. |

 Return to Kazami in Aloha Beach and you'll be roped into a ritual. Simply move the left stick as shown on the screen to finish the ritual and the Substory. |
Completing Substory #13 will unlock Kazami Evolution in your Poundmates App. Kazami Evolution is able to deal damage to all enemies without consuming a turn.
Another reward for completing Substory #13 is a Def Boom Box accessory. When worn, it greatly increases the EXP gained from enemies.
