To Start the Substory, Visit the Two Plumeria Locations then the Arguing Duo

1	Visit the plumeria tree locations on the map.
2	Visit the arguing duo, Yuri and Aina.

The first thing you need to do is visit the two plumeria tree locations; you'll see speech bubbles marking these locations in the map. Then, visit the man and woman (Yuri and Aina) arguing in Waikiki St to start the substory.

How to Complete The More, The Plumeria

You'll Have to Battle Two Level 17 Enemies

You can start this substory from the start of Chapter 4, so when you encounter the two level 17 enemies, you might still be underleveled. Make use of things like grenades or Poundmates to make up for the level difference.
