Like a Dragon - Ch4 Julie

The best weapons for each job can be created in the middle of chapter 10 when the Yokohama Haunt unlocks. All of the best weapons in the game are crafted from Julie's Gearworks and require Facility Level 4 to craft, as well as a ton of materials and money for creation. Therefore, rather than trying to make every weapon as soon as they are available, it's best to continue with the story and craft them when possible.
