Keep crafting DIY projects until you get your Building Talent to Level 5. Once you reach this level, you will unlock the blueprint for the Majima Construction Helmet.
Since the Majima Construction Helmet only takes up a single 1x1 tile, this furnishing lets you increase your Livability level to the maximum of 5,000 without the need to expand.
The helmet can also be placed outdoors since this item increases your Popularity level by 5. Each piece of furnishing increases your Livability level by 20 so by only using the helmet, you can achieve the maximum Livability level by crafting this for a total of 250 items.
When you install furnishing and reach a Livability level of 5000, you will reach the maximum number of hearts. Getting your Livability level to the maximum level early on lets you collect materials more efficiently and increase your resort rank.
Furnishing placed inside your home does not affect the quality of the island but rather only increases the quality of your home.
