Poundmate Charlie is a recommended addition in this next battle since you won't be able to bring your regular allies with you. Charlie can recover HP and deal damage at the same time. While the cost of summoning him is high, the money you gain from winning easily covers that.

Use the Merciless Melee move you learned as a reward from the previous fight with Asakura. This will allow you to ignore guards and deal a lot more damage, while lowering Asakura's defense and attacks altogether.
Asakura will use moves that will deal at least 200 damage every time. Be sure to keep your HP well above 200 to avoid being taken out with a single attack.
