You can increase your personality in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth by obtaining a certificate at the Ounabara Vocational School, using the Aloha Links feature, or playing mini games. Read on to learn how to increase personality and which personality stats to level first.
Personality points can be obtained through a few different methods in the game.
The Ounabara Vocational School is the main way to increasing your personality stats. In this mini game, you need to obtain a certificate at the school to increase the stat corresponding to the subject you applied for.
You can also increase your personality with the Aloha Links feature. This feature allows you to interact with people around town. Whenever you greet somebody, you'll get points for use in increasing your personality stats.
As you progress in the game, there will be points in the story where you will be faced with choices that have a Personality Chance. Depending on what you choose for these, you can increase certain personality traits. If there is a particular trait you wish to increase, make the choice that leans towards that.
Personality Challenges are cumulative missions that can increase specific Personality traits. For example, one of the missions requires Kasuga to talk to 30 people. Once this is done you receive +20 to your Kindness.
There are various locations in the game that let you participate in Honk-Honk, an activity where you spend money to increase certain personality traits. While this is an easy method to increase your Personality, it shouldn't be a top priority as this can cost you a lot and money can be hard to come by especially in the early game.
You can also increase your personality by playing the other mini games (Play Spots) around town. Each minigame has a specific personality stat that they increase.
Note that mini games cost money, but it's worth considering if you want to increase your personality while having fun with the minigames.

Intellect is highly recommended as this helps with unlocking the Kunoichi job. You can unlock this job when you reach Alo-Happy Tours in Chapter 5 and it requires you to raise your intellect to level 5.
The quickest way to improve your intellect is to pass the test at vocational school. Mathematics and History are recommended as they can significantly increase your intelligence. Once you have enough money, take the test to improve your intellect and unlock jobs.
When you reach Alo-Happy Tours in Chapter 5, you will have the ability to choose a job. Depending on the type of job, you will need to meet a certain level for a Personality trait. If you have a certain job you wish to unlock, take time to improve that.
