Additionally, eating a Food Combo from the three restaurants above gives you a +0.3 multiplier bonus to EXP gain. This lasts for one battle, but it can stack up to three times by eating three different Food Combos from at least one of the three restaurants.

Defeat Metalworms in Hawaiian Haunt
Finally, you can look for Metalworms in the Hawaiian Haunt dungeon. These enemies grant significant Job EXP upon defeating them. However, they resist all types of attacks, so focus on buffing your party and debuffing Metalworms to deal more damage.
