Purchase a Hibiscus Bouquetand a Plumeria Bouquet (at least 2 pieces of both bouquets is recommended) at Melia’s Leis and Flowers.

LAD Infinite Wealth - Matsumoto Shave Ice
Buy at least 2 sets of a Matsumoto Shave Ice Gift Set at Matsumoto Shave Ice shop.

LAD Infinite Wealth - Seaworthy Treasure
Buy at least 2 pieces of Hawaiian Cosmetics at Seaworthy Treasures.
4 Talk to Chitose
Go to Oahu Burger and talk to Chitose. Give her one of each of the gifts you bought.
5 Getting an Email
You'll get an email from Chitose which starts this substory after you called her 10 times for help on the Poundmates app.
6 Finsh the substory after watching the cutscene.

You don't have to specifically call Chitose 10 times, just use Poundmates 10 times total!
