There are a total of 4 bridges on Dondoko Island and you can unlock them by going in front of their respective signs then paying 200,000 Dokobucks. This is the price for each bridge and you will need to raise your resort rank to access them.

The bridge that connects the beach to the fields will be available for construction the day after reaching resort rank 2.
The bridge that connects the beach to the lake will be available for construction the day after reaching resort rank 2.
The bridge between Kasuga's house and Matayoshiya that connects to the cave will be available for construction the day after reaching resort rank 3.
The bridge that connects the area with the large tree by Matayoshiya that connects to the forest will be available for construction after the third day of reaching resort rank 3.
