Buy an ABC Store GIft Set at an ABC Store.

LAD Infinite Wealth - Seaworthy Treasure
Buy at least 2 pieces of Hawaiian Cosmetics at Seaworthy Treasures.

LAD Infinite Wealth - Melia
Purchase a Hibiscus Bouquetand a Plumeria Bouquet (at least 2 pieces of both bouquets is recommended) at Melia’s Leis and Flowers.
4 LAD Infinite Wealth - Talk to Laura
Talk to Laura at Ounabara Vocational School and give her the items you bought.
5 Speak to the people with speech bubbles over their heads.
6 Watch and finish the cutscene to complete the substory.
