The Hero job is a versatile job that allows Kasuga to inflict damage, provide various buffs, and recover health. Hero's Blessing is great in particular as it can revive fallen allies so aim to get to Level 12 of this job.

The Dragon of Dojima job is one of the most powerful jobs in the game as it fights using three different styles. This allows Kiryu to adjust based on what enemy he is facing.
Each of the styles will be improved as you arrive in Chapter 8, so this job will be important even in the late game.

The Host is an attacker-type job that excels with dishing out magic damage which Eric excels at. Eric's special armor later on in the game will also take advantage of enemy weakpoints, so always make sure to exploit enemy weaknesses!

Considering Host unlocks in Chapter 8, Eric can change to Pyrodancer after unlocking it up to Chapter 7. It has access to the powerful Soul Capture skill which deals tons of damage and heals Eric - useful for boss battles and grinding EXP in Dungeons.

The Kunoichi job has high attack power and can even cover a wide range with Winged Kunai and Deluge of Stars. This is a great offensive job for Chitose throughout the game!
It is also recommended to inherit the powerful Palm Tree Pose skill from Chitose's exclusive Heiress job so she can provide some some more buffs for her already agile Kunoichi job.

The Tennis Ace is a high agility and high power physical attacker. The job has many high damaging moves which allow you hit even ecasive enemies. HP, Def, and Will Power are also above average, giving it a slight edge in durability over Kunoichi.

Koichi Adachi's overall best job is being a Samurai. All of its skills are good to use, and should be supplemented by Inherited skills from other Jobs.
Players should take time to build a bond with Adachi to unlock skill slots and inherit the skills above from the respective jobs compatible to Adachi.

Linebacker makes use of high durability and agility, and is a tank job designed to make the enemies rage to draw their attacker. If wearing Adachi's exclusive armor, Veteran Detective's Jacket, you can tank the enemies attacks while recovering MP, making it a very fitting job for him.

Saeko Mukoda's best job is the Geodancer. This job is one of the best support-centric job in the game which can also make Saeko a great magic damage dealer and healer.
Since Geodancer does not have much attack-centric skills, it is suggested to inherit skills from other jobs compatible to Saeko like Kunoichi and her exclusive job, Barmaid.

Seonhee excels as a physical attacker and a full-on DPS. Use this high attack power to overwhelm enemies and inflict strong status ailments against enemies!
Just make sure to keep Seonhee alive with support casts that can heal as she tends to not have any survival-focused skills.

Samurai is an excellent Job choice for Zhou as his main role is basically a main DPS.
Equipping Zhao's special armor also increases your physical attack when his HP is at max, so always make sure his health is at 100%. This is why we recommended Soul Capture from the Pyrodancer job as an inheritance skill!
