The Safe Key can be purchased from the following stores. Currency and prices may vary from shop to shop.
You can only purchase 5 Safe Keys from each pawnshop, so buy them if y ou haven't already!
You can only have a maximum amount of 500 safe keys in your inventory. You can store them in your house's item box so you'll have room for safe keys when you collect them.

When defeated, Keepers of the City will drop safe keys. They are more powerful than regular enemies and can be distinguished by the crown icon on their heads.

Collect sparkling items on the ground to get safe keys. Safe Keys sold at shops are limited, so this is the best way to get a lot of them!
You'll get 2 safe keys as a reward if you opened both the red and blue chests. You'll get different rewards if you failed to open both.
Safe Keys are used to open containers found all around the map. They contain loot that ranges from weapons, gear, and items that will help you out during your playthrough!
