Substory #28: Litterbugged Walkthrough Guide
| 1 | Head to the Sunset St. Trolley Stop on Anaconda Blvd. and talk to the couple to begin this substory. |
|---|---|
| 2 |  After the cutscene, head to Professor Okita and invest $3000. |
| 3 | Walk around the area for a bit while waiting for a message from Professor Okita. |
| 4 |  Approach Professor Okita on Anaconda Street and select "It's okay". |
| 5 | A minigame will take place where you have to choose between trash and non-trash. |
| 6 | After the mini-game, go for a walk or fast travel to the taxi stand, and you'll find Professor Okita in the same spot as step 4. Walk up to him to have a conversation. |
| 7 | Defeat Sojimaru v2.1 to complete this substory. |
Reach at Least Level 20
Sojimaru v2.1 will be Level 27 which can be very tough to fight against if underleveled. We recommend entering this fight at Level 20 (or higher) to make the fight more manageable. Investing $3000 in Professor Okita at lower levels will be a waste of money and it would be better to buy equipment instead.
If Professor Okita Doesn't Appear, Leave The Area
When you're taking on this substory and Professor Okita doesn't appear at certain points of the quest, walk away or fast travel to a taxi stand to make him reappear.
