1 | Purchase a Hibiscus Bouquetand a Plumeria Bouquet (at least 2 pieces of both bouquets is recommended) at Melia’s Leis and Flowers. |

2 | Buy at least 2 pieces of Hawaiian Cosmetics at Seaworthy Treasures. |
3 | Speak with Julie at her shop and give her one of each of the gifts you bought. |
4 | Finish the substory after watching the cutscene. This substory can only be done at night. |

You need to have reached level 7 Kindness in order to talk to Julie all the way through the end. You can take exams at the Vocational School to increase your personality rank, but this requires money!
