|
Skill Tree | Beta Skill |

The Shield Breaker Beta Skill is one of the best Skills in the game. A single use of the skill when maxed out can easily deplete an enemy's shield (normal and bosses alike) from full value.
This is an indespensible beta skill and should always be used against enemies during the start of the fight.
Skill Information | |
---|---|
Triplet Continuously generates Arcs to attack furiously forward. The third hit Stuns enemies. |
|
Skill Tree | Beta Skill |
BE Cost | 2 |
Triplet and Quadruplet is another mandatory beta skill to get as it's the highest DPS beta skill you can have. Not only that but it reduces the enemy's balance stat by 1 which makes it incredibly good against boss fights.
Skill Information | |
---|---|
Rush Charges at the enemy. A Combo Attack skill. |
|
Skill Tree | Attack Skill |
Rush is the best engage ability that EVE has and it has a cooldown for a reason. It allows you to dash quickly to enemies which is great for keeping the pressure up especially if you need to distance yourself from the enemy for safety.
Skill Information | |
---|---|
Ambush Executes the enemy from behind. Can only be used on enemies that aren't in combat. |
|
Skill Tree | Attack Skill |
SP Cost | 1 |
Ambush and Assault are moves that you can use to instantly dispatch an enemy if you're able to approach them from a blind spot.
Skill Information | |
---|---|
Double Jump Allows another Jump while jumping. |
|
Skill Tree | Survival Skill |
Double Jump is a move that you'll automatically learn in the game but that doesn't change the fact that it's a great move to have in your arsenal. It makes navigating the game's map and traverse terrains much easier. It also allows you to cover more aerial distance which can translate to easier uses of Assault.
Skill Information | |
---|---|

Skill Information | |
---|---|
Perfect Parry Completely parries an enemy's attack and damages the enemy's Balance. |
|
Skill Tree | Survival Skill |
Perfect Parry is the best move in the game. It completely negates an attack's damage while also building up your beta skill gauge that allows you to use beta skills.
It also reduces an enemy's balance by 1 per perfect dodge so consecutive perfect parries against enemy attacks will quickly weaken them and make them vulnerable to Retribution.
Skill Information | |
---|---|

|
Skill Tree | Tachy Skill |
Tachy Mode is a super state that you can enter after a certain point in the game. You may get attacked by enemies but you will suffer no damage during this state and gain a much stronger move set that you can use without limitations.
Skill Information | |
---|---|
Judgement Wave Fires three destructive energy rings and Downs hit enemies. |
|
Skill Tree | Tachy Skill |
SP Cost | 1 |
Judgement Wave is Tachy Mode's variation of Shockwave. One of the major differences between Shockwave and Judgement Wave is its ability to down an enemy after its last hit.
Because you can use this move non-stop during Tachy Mode, you can permanently down an opponent during the entire duration of Judgement Wave. Judgement Time will extend the duration of Tachy Mode which allows you to abuse this skill for a longer time as well.

Skill Information | |
---|---|
Tempest Unleashes a devastating storm of blades with the power of Burst Energy. |
|
Skill Tree | Burst Skill |
SP Cost | 1 |
BU Cost | 4 |
Tempest is a Burst skill that deals damage to your surrounding area. It's a great burst skill for dispatching multiple enemies at once while also restoring some HP back as well as destroying enemy shields. It consumes more Burst gauge than other burst skills to compensate for its effects but its a great burst skill to use against the right scenarios.
Skill Information | |
---|---|

|
Skill Tree | Burst Skill |
SP Cost | 1 |

Shock Wave Unleashes the two waves of fatal energy. |
|

|
Skill Tree | Survival Skill |

Skill Information | |
---|---|
Double Dodge Allows another Dodge while dodging. |
|
Skill Tree | Survival Skill |
SP Cost | 2 |

---|---|
Punishing Edge Releases Burst Energy to deal a fatal blow to nearby enemies. Pushes back hit enemies. |
|
Skill Tree | Burst Skill |
SP Cost | 1 |
BU Cost | 3 |
A high damage burst skill. It's an alternative option to dispatching enemies near you similar to Tempest but at a much lower burst gauge cost. Unfortunately, it has a lower range which makes it unoptimal against multiple enemies while the balance damage of Descending Break more than makes up for the damage loss that Punishing Edge deals.
Skill Information | |
---|---|
Overdrive Overloads the body with Burst Energy to increase melee Attack Power and Attack Speed. |
|
Skill Tree | Burst Skill |
SP Cost | 1 |
BU Cost | 3 |

|
Skill Tree | Survival Skill |
SP Cost | 1 |
BE Cost | 1 |
A counter move that EVE can use after a perfect dodge. Unfortunately, it consumes Beta energy (and Burst Energy if Chain Reflection is used) which can be used for stronger options which makes these skills as suboptimal options.
Skill Information | |
---|---|

|
Skill Tree | Survival Skill |
SP Cost | 1 |
BE Cost | 1 |
Similar to Reflection and Chain Reflection, these are moves that you can use after a successful Perfect Parry but these consume Beta and Burst Energy which makes them suboptimal for the majority of scenarios.
An aerial attack that makes EVE land after executing it. A very lack luster move and the SP spent learning this skill is better spent on a different skill instead.
Increases the damage of your combo's last attack if the corresponding last input is held. Unfortunately, this also consumes Beta energy which makes it a suboptimal option to consider.
