Bandit King's Old Base Walkthrough Summary

How to Reach Bandit King's Old Base

1	Rest in your bed, then head to Terry's Detective Agency
2	Had to Belpha Ruins at midnight to trigger a cutscene ★You will receive 20000G form Oswald
3	Prepare to head to Bandit King's Old Base

How to Clear Bandit King's Old Base 1F

1	Head east through Phoros Woodlands to reach Bandit King's Old Base
2	Proceed along the the first floor of Bandit King's Old Base ★Break cracked walls with your hammer to proceed
3	Push the blue switch in the room with multiple treasure chests ★Note that there is only one real treasure chest, be sure not to destroy it
4	Proceed while avoiding the arrows being shot out of the walls, and press the green switch ★Get the Buff-A-Way by breaking the wall in the same room
5	After the door opens, press the right switch to proceed ★The correct switch is on the far left
6	Defeat the Boss Monster: Geyser Bear
7	After Defeating Geyser Bear, head to the second floor by entering the room in the back.

Push the Switch on the Far Left

There are three switches in the room behind the green and blue doors. Be sure to hit the switch on the left to proceed. The switch in the middle will activate a trap, so be sure not to press it.

Use Buff-A-Way to Clear Enemies in Certain Rooms

There are many rooms containing Buffamoo and Buffahorn enemies. While there attacks aren't two powerful, they can stun you, and being attacked by multiple Buffamoos can quickly whittle down your health. If you equip the Buff-A-Way Short Sword that you find in the green switch room, defeating these enemies becomes much easier.

How to Clear Bandit King's Old Base 2F

1	Watch out for the large amounts of enemies that appear in the northwest room
2	In the room with the 4 switches, press the one on the far left to proceed
3	Head through the door and defeat the Boss Monster, Mysterious Lizard
4	After defeating Mysterious Lizard, proceed to the final area
5	Press the switch in the room with green walls on both sides ★Be careful as you will have to defeat the enemies that appear once the walls are lowered
6	Avoid the arrows being shot out of the walls and press the blue switch ★Be sure to grab the Bonus Concerto in the back room.
7	Proceed through blue and green doors ★Defeat the enemies in front of the Boss room to receive the Cure All Spell
8	Proceed to the 3F and defeat the final Boss Monster, Dragon Golem
9	After defeating the last boss, Rescue Ludmila who's located in the back room
10	Return to Rigbarth to activate a cutscene

Grab the Cure All Spell Before the Final Battle

The Cure All spell will heal much more HP than the Cure Spell. Make sure to equip it to make the final battle of this stage easier.

The Final Cutscene Will Reveal the True Identity of Livia

The cutscenes at Livia's office will reveal that Livia is not only a dragon, but is Radea's sister. Upon this discovery Scarlett and Livia have decided to rebel against SEED and take down Gideon, as he is the one responsible for Radea's current actions.

You Will Be Asked To Rejoin Seed

After speaking with Livia, you will be asked to rejoin SEED to take down Gideon. Although you can refuse to rejoin, you will not be able to progress the story if you choose to.

How to Beat Geyser Bear

Battle Tips
・Attack it from the side ・Dodge its slashing attack

Attack it Form the Side

Geyser Bear has many quick attacks, however most of them can be avoided if you stay to the side of it. Attacking from the side is effective from dealing damage while avoiding attacks.

Avoid its Claw Attack

Geyser Bear will often swipe a you twice with its claws. Not only does this attack do a lot of damage, but spikes shoot out of its claws afterwards. Instead of try to keep your distance, it is recommended to constantly dash to the side. You can dash by pressing the R button while moving.

How to Beat Mysterious Lizard

Attack From the Side for an Easy Victory

All of Mysterious Lizard's attacks are from the front and are rather slow. You can easily move to the side (or even the back) of Mysterious Lizard to deal lots of damage.

Mysterious Lizard Cannot be Locked On when it's invisible

Mysterious Lizard cannot be locked on when it is invisible, requiring you to adjust the camera manually. This however should not be too much of an issue, as it is can still be hit while invisible, and it gains no new attacks.

How to Beat Dragon Golem

Battle Tips
・Attack from the side ・Run away to avoid the ground slamming attack

Watch Out for its Biting Attack

Just like the previous bosses attack from the side is recommended. Dragon Golem has a biting attack that is impossible to avoid if you are struck by the first hit. Keeping to the side will avoid this.

Run Away to Avoid its Ground Slamming Attack

Dragon Golem will sometimes jump high into the air and slam on the ground, causing rocks to shoot out of the ground. Both the slamming attack and the rocks can hurt you, so it is best to simply run away. Dragon Golem will surround himself in red rings when he i s about to do this attack.
