This is a guide to Eating Contest, a Contest Festival held on Autumn 15 in Rune Factory 5. Learn how to win Eating Contest and all the prizes available for 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place, and participation.

You can trigger the Eating Contest by talking to Simone at the Festival Grounds by 11 AM on the day of the festival. Apart from being able to start the festival from her, you may also get other information from Simone such as the contest's rules and the most likely winner.

To win the Eating Contest, you'll need to tap the B button depending on the type of dish presented to you. Successful taps will result in you eating food, eating more food will yield higher points.
Be careful, however, as any Failed Dish that you consume will result in a deduction of points.

After the contest, you'll be ranked depending on how well you performed during the contest. By consuming more food successfully, you can easily take the top spot. You'll need at least 17,800 Points to win the top spot in the contest.
