This is a guide to the locations of Fruit Tree Seeds in Rune Factory 5 (RF5). Learn where to find and how to get Tree Seeds for Apples, Oranges, Grape, and Twinkle Tree Seeds, and how to unlock them in the flower shop.

How to Get Fruit and Twinkle Tree Seeds

Found in Phoros Woodlands and Kelve Volcanic Region

Tree seeds can be found in a stump in the central area of Phoros Woodlands, and below the tree next to the hot spring in Kelve Volcanic Region. If you're looking for seeds, go to these spots every day to check if they have appeared.

The tree seeds which appear are random, and sometimes no seeds will appear at all, so some patience will be required to farm the tree seeds.

Purchase from Flowerstruck After Completing Requests

After completing specific Requests, the seeds for Oranges, Apples, Grapes, and Twinkle Trees will become available for sale from Flowerstruck, the town Florist. Flowerstruck will open after completing Bandit King's Old Base, and each of the Requests involved require completing other previous Requests to unlock them, so unlike the method above of finding them in the overworld, some game progression is required to unlock the seeds in the shop.

The names of the above requests are translated from Japanese, so there may be some variance. The English names will be added when confirmed.

How to Get Fruits

Although Fruits cannot directly be planted or turned into Seeds, gathering them is needed to complete the Requests which unlocks the seeds for purchase at Flowerstruck.

Tree Seeds - Fruit Found in Box.jpegBreak the box to sometimes find a fruit. Tree Seeds - Use Spell Seal to Get Fruit in Tree.jpegLook up in the tree to sometimes find a fruit which you can obtain with Spell Seal.

The two locations shown above will sometimes contain Oranges, Apples, or Grapes at a high probability. To get the fruits in the tree, you'll need to fully charge your Spell Seal with ZL, allowing you to aim, and then hit the spot where the fruits are shown sparkling on a branch.

Buy from the Shop after Selling One

After you've sold a fruit, you'll be able to buy that same fruit again from the General Store. This will allow you to complete the Requests requiring collection of several fruits to be completed easily. Note that the fruits do not always appear in the listed items, but saving and reloading the game will refresh the items in the shop, so try this if the fruit you want does not appear at the store.
