How to Complete Chronic Slacker
Chronic Slacker is Ryker's first Romance Event in Rune Factory (RF5). Read on to learn how to unlock Chronic Slacker and how to complete his first Romance Event!

How to Complete Chronic Slacker

Go to Great Tree Plaza at 07:00AM

To begin this Romance Event, head over to Great Tree Plaza at 07:00AM and walk to the Romance Event pin. This will start a cutscene with Simone, Hina, and Julian. After the cutscene, you will need to sleep on your bed to advance event.

Go to Ripple Beach at 07:00 PM on the next day

The next day, you will have to wait for 07:00PM before the pin for this Romance Event appears again. As soon as the in-game clock hits 07:00PM, head over to Ripple Beach where a cutscene with Yuki will take place. After the cutscene, sleep on your bed to advance the event.

This takes place late in the day and you will need to let time pass before activating the event. This is a good opportunity to complete other tasks such as completing dungeons or requests from other villagers.

Go to the Vacant House at 08:00 AM on the next day

The next day, go to the Vacant House north of Ripple Beach at 8:00 AM. This will have a cutscene just with yourself and Ryker. After the cutscene, sleep on your bed to advance to the final part of this Romance Event.

Go to Studio Palmo at 08:00 AM of the next day

The next day, head on over to Studio Palmo at 08:00AM. A final cutscene with Simone and Yuki will take place. After the cutscene is finished, Chronic Slacker will be completed and you can begin other Romance Events.

Ryker 2nd Special Date

Chronic Slacker is Ryker's first Romantic Event and is available to players without any prerequisites. If the Romance Event pin for Chronic Slacker doesn't appear on the map, make sure your character doesn't have already have a Romance Event going on. Once you've confirmed that, head over to Great Tree Plaza at 7:00AM to begin the Romance Event.

It's good to keep in mind that you can only have 1 Romance Event at any given time and you will need to complete that event before moving on to other Romance Events.
