This is a guide that covers events and actions that cannot be changed or undone in Rune Factory 5 (RF5). To learn more about what events and actions are reversible, as well as what cannot be changed, read on!
Things That You Cannot Change

You Cannot Change Your Birthday
You also cannot change your character's birthday. It is recommended to set your characters birthday to either the Summer or Winter if you have no particular preference as to which NPC you are more compatible with. You will receive a birthday present from any NPC that you have a Friendship level of 5 or higher with.
You Cannot Change Lucy and Priscilla's Occupations

In order to progress through the early game's story, you will have to choose the future occupations of Lucy and Priscilla. You can whose who will work at the General Store and the Bakery, and this decision cannot be reversed.
You Cannot Repair Furniture that You Choose to Break
When you interact with furniture, you are given the option to break it. Beware, as this decision cannot be reversed. Use the 'break it' option for furniture that you no longer need.
You Cannot Change Your Spouse

You cannot change your spouse once you get married. You also can't get divorced either. If you would like to get married to as many character as possible, you will have to split you current save data among multiple slots. There are a total of 20 possible data slots.
It is possible to form a relationship with all NPCS
It is possible to 'play the field' and become a love interest for all dateable NPCs. However your rate of success when proposing to someone will decrease the more candidate are available. The Friendship Level of each NPC is important.
Things That You Can Change

 The Professor and Renamer's house is located in the south of Rigbarth. |
You can change your name at the Professor and Renamer's house located in Rigbarth. Head there if you decide to do so.
You Can Change Your Gender After You Clear The Main Story
After you decide your gender in the first cutscene you cannot change it until you clear the Main Story. After clearing the Main Story, talk to Eliza and spend 50 SEED Points to change your gender.
Any Furniture that You Accidentally Break Can Be Repaired
Any item that you accidentally break can be repaired by leaving the area and returning, so don't worry if you happen to break anything by accident.
